Sometimes it is appropriate to consider a migration, sometimes it is necessary instead to create a shop from scratch, and sometimes an optimization of the existing online store is needed, in order to improve conversions and user experience. All of the above steps are critical to choosing the graphic style and tone of voice while properly setting up the site architecture so that the brand's distinctive personality emerges and brings tangible results to the company.
 
Each project is assigned a project manager, who becomes the operational point of reference. The PM has the overview of the entire project and knows specifically its steps and progress. At this stage, weekly or biweekly status meetings are scheduled, allowing for clear timelines, deadlines, and tasks to be completed at all times.
